Savanna Mueller Promoted to Ripple Science Director of Sales
University of Michigan SaaS technology startup expands team
ANN ARBOR, Mich – September 19, 2018
Ripple Science Corporation is thrilled to announce the promotion of Savanna Mueller to Director of Sales. Savanna joined the company as employee #1 shortly after its inception in 2017 in a dual role of sales and customer support. Savanna’s tremendous success in this role has lead to the growth required to hire additional key team members including CEO, Peter Falzon.
“Savanna, as employee number one, has been instrumental in growing the company to where it is today.” said Falzon. “Having a director of sales with a background in customer support is a dream come true for Ripple as a SaaS based company, as our customers define our success.” Ripple Science recently achieved key milestones including hitting $100,000 in ARR and over 50 unaffiliated customers in the US, Canada, and the European Union. The company is now raising capital to fund its growth plan, which includes expanding the development, customer success, sales and marketing teams.

Savanna joined us after earning her PhD in Psychology from the University of Michigan and teaching as an adjunct professor at University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University. She has a deep understanding of our customers’ pain points having lived them herself.
