Nancy Benovich Gilby Named Ripple Science’s Chief Technology Officer
University of Michigan SaaS technology startup expands team

Ripple Science Corporation announces Nancy Benovich Gilby as the company’s chief technology officer. Nancy joins Ripple Science at a pivotal juncture, as the company wraps up new capital fundraising and turns its focus to refining and expanding the its product offering.
“I am passionate about pursuing innovation, and solving problems that make a difference” shared Benovich Gilby. At a time when the company has strong market validation with more than $100K in ARR from over 70 customers in North America and the EU, Nancy lends expertise and experience in focusing the product development for Ripple’s target user. “I work in areas with ‘big ideas’ many of which are the first of their kind. That potential drew me to Ripple’s enthusiastic team and the space they are creating. The more I learned the more I knew this was a great company with a great product, that I could add value to.”
Nancy Benovich Gilby has extensive experience in building successful startups. She has helped raise twelve rounds of venture capital funding and has developed a unique, integrated approach for company and engineer development. Her leadership in product strategy and development has contributed to the successful exit of eight high tech startups and the launch of twelve new market products, including MarketSoft (purchased by Unica, IBM), Firefly (purchased by Microsoft), Wildfire (purchased by Orange) and Component Software (purchased by Sun, precursor to Java). She holds an MSE and a BSE from the University of Michigan.
