Coronavirus Update

Dear Ripple Community,

As communities, institutions, and researchers continue to navigate the spread of COVID-19, we want to be transparent and communicate updates regarding our commitment to our customers. Our company mission has been to empower research-driven organizations to be more productive and participant-centric by revolutionizing their research process with data science and technology. Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the community at large.

Your teams depend on Ripple to stay connected to one another and maintain strong relationships with your participants. Ripple allows your team to access participant information securely and remotely from anywhere. As institutions are moving to working remotely and online coursework, we know that having a centralized communication hub will be more important than ever as you update participants about changes in data collection policies.

We take our responsibility to our customers seriously and want to ensure you that we have plans in place so that there is no interruption in service and support. To protect the health and safety of our employees we are encouraging them to work from home as much as possible. As always, our Customer Success and Support team is available for one-on-one training sessions & support via Zoom meetings, email, or by phone.

If you or anyone on your team would like to discuss how the Ripple platform can better enable remote work and data collection, please reach out or use this link to schedule time.

We hope to support other researchers as teams move to working remotely and virtual data collection. We are offering a free limited access version of Ripple to your colleagues. Please reach out to me, or to our Director of Customer Success, Savanna Mueller, to get the limited access version which will help support their remote research work.

Thank you for being part of the Ripple Community.

All the best,

Peter Falzon
