As institutions are moving to working remotely and online coursework, we know that having a centralized communication hub will be more important than ever as you update participants about changes in data collection policies.
We take our responsibility to our customers seriously and want to ensure you that we have plans in place so that there is no interruption in service and support. To protect the health and safety of our employees we are encouraging them to work from home as much as possible. As always, our Customer Success and Support team is available for one-on-one training sessions & support via Zoom meetings, email, or by phone.
